Terms of use

1. Service

PubLeague is an app for private prediction leagues among friends and acquaintances. Features may be extended, changed or temporarily disabled without prior notice when technically necessary.

2. Account & sign-in

You are responsible for accurate registration data and for protecting third-party credentials (Apple, Google). You must not share access in a way that abuses the league or other users. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the law.

3. Acceptable behaviour

Harassment, fraud, manipulating results, scripts or bots that break fair play, or any behaviour violating local laws is prohibited. League owners may refuse or remove players according to rules set in the app.

4. Prizes & side bets

Any prizes, drinks or bets between players are solely between you as participants. PubLeague does not facilitate cash betting and is not responsible for disputes between users outside the app.

5. Intellectual property

All app elements (design, text, logo) belong to the project owners unless stated otherwise. Users keep rights to content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. Sports data and results depend on external sources and may be delayed or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or lost earnings.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated via the app or email where applicable. Continued use means you accept the updated text.

9. In-app purchases

Creating a game in PubLeague requires a one-time in-app purchase per game. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your device. We use RevenueCat as a payment middleware layer; RevenueCat does not process card data and receives only purchase confirmation tokens from Apple or Google.

All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform refund policies of Apple or Google. For refund requests contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

A purchased game is tied to the account used at the time of purchase. If you delete your account the game and all associated data are permanently removed with no right to compensation or refund beyond what platform policies allow.
